MAKING EFFECTIVE PLANS FOR YOUR MONEY
This session is two hours long and includes basic budgeting skills and a chance to start on your own personal budget, in a supportive setting. There will be materials to take home and lots of time for questions. Day appointments can be arranged by calling Ivonne at 402-333-8609 ext. 319.

REVERSE MORTGAGE COUNSELING
This class will provide a guide to understanding Reverse Mortgages. Learn about how to access the equity you have built up in your home and turn it into cash. We will help you to fully understand the features and benefits, eligibility, products and payment options that best fit your needs using a Reverse Mortgage product. We can help dispel misconceptions about Reverse Mortgages.
After attending this session you will receive a Certificate of Counseling which is required before obtaining a Government Guarantee Reverse Mortgage. These sessions are $125.00 for the counseling session and are offered at all locations listed below. "A Place of My Own" Pre-Ownership Series
The "A Place of My Own" Program offers you, as a future home buyer, basic knowledge and information about the buying process, so that you can go through the actual steps of home buying more successfully and confidently. A HOME BUYER’S WORKSHOP FOR $50 PER PERSON OR $75 PER COUPLE WILL HELP YOU WITH:
- Determining if it is the right time for you to buy a home.
- Budgeting and homeownership goals.
- How your credit will affect the purchase of your home.
- Mortgage products and guidelines.
- The right questions to ask your Lender and Realtor.
- Understanding the application through the closing process.
- How to protect your new investment.
- And lastly, your life as a new homeowner.
