Rights Policy
As
a professional organization we aspire to a high set of standards.
CCCSN recognizes the standard set by the National Foundation for
Credit Counseling and the Council on Accreditation for Families and
Children. We recognize the following rights of the client and we
will continue to assure that they are respected in our organization.
Our clients have the rights:

To prompt, courteous, professional counseling services whether
conducted in person, by phone, mail or the Internet.

To
be treated with dignity and respect.

To
be actively involved in a comprehensive assessment of their unique
financial situation, including the development of an appropriate
“Client Action Plan”.

To
express dissatisfaction through the Client Grievance Procedure.

To
discontinue their relationship with our agency at anytime with
proper notice.

To
be fully and completely informed, with the ability to ask questions
and have their concerns addressed in a timely manner.

To
be able to review their permanent file and insert a statement on
their behalf.
