Our nationally certified counselors understand the needs of consumers as well as the requirements of creditors. They are specially trained to assist with whatever issues our clients may be facing. Whether it's a consumer issue, a credit report question or assistance with the family budget, in today's consumer environment it helps to have an objective professional to talk about your needs as a consumer. Our counseling services are always offered free of charge.
Phone and Mail Counseling
CCCSN offices are conveniently located all over Nebraska and Western Iowa. (Click here to locate the CCCSN office nearest you.) However, for those consumers who are unable to attend in person, for whatever reason, we provide a full service counseling service at home, by phone. Privacy Policy
Our agency is committed to assuring the privacy of individuals and/or families who have contacted us for assistance. We will assure that all information shared both orally and in writing will be managed within legal and ethical considerations. Personal financial information, such as total debt information, income, living expenses and personal information (concerning financial circumstances), will be provided to creditors and, possibly others only with a clients expressed written permission.
CCCSN reserves the right to use aggregate case file information for the purpose of evaluating our services, gathering valuable research information and designing future programs. The anonymity of the consumer will be maintained through the use of a client number or by using aggregate data in all circumstances.
CCCSN will provide Internet counseling to its consumer families. For their protection, CCCSN will partner with the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, using their existing secure site.
